The December Edit
This week saw the delivery of the December edition of the LoveLula box. My adoration of LoveLula is not a secret.
The total value of the December Beauty Box is £58. Considering the subscription starts from as little as £13.95, you do get an absolute steal with these boxes. I love reading subscription box reviews. Clare from Freddie’s Mummy writes some great ones.
The month’s box contains three full-size products and a few samples. I didn’t use to use samples but with the LoveLula ones I do because I’m so interested to try the product. I shop on the LoveLula website several times a month so I like to see what new things they’re stocking.
Here are the contents of this month’s box:
Madara SOS Hydra Moisture & Radiance Mask 60ml
Effects & Benefits: Provides an immediate comfort, reduces skin tightness and prevents itching. Contains a blend of moisturizing natural sugars, Northern peony, hyaluronic acid, linseed and nettle. Improves the look and feel of the skin, provides instant and persistent results. Prevents a repetitive dehydration. Suitable for all all skin types to pamper the skin from time to time and to prevent any signs of fatigue instantly. Luxurious and lush, yet lightweight texture. Soft and powdery scent.
This face mask is super luxurious. I really like the way it smells, it’s a clean, fresh smell. It comes out as a pink, light moisturiser consistency. It’s the sort of face mask that you could comfortably leave on overnight and isn’t visible on the skin. I’m looking forward to regularly using this product.
PHB Ethical Beauty 100% Pure Liquid Eyeliner – Black 4.5ml
This eyeliner is fab! I’ve used this one before so I already know I like it. The applicator is great and makes it super easy to use. It’s a very deep black and lasts all day. I will note that you do need to make sure it’s fully dry before opening your eyes wide or moving on to the rest of your makeup.
Made with botanical oils & minerals that are gentle to your skin. The easy-to-use brush is thin and allows for a fast, easy and accurate application. With a long-lasting plant-based formula that is water resistant yet always gentle to eyes.
Since I already have one of these, I’m going to gift this one to my daughter for Christmas. As she’s just started secondary school, she’s fast becoming interested in makeup and she’s very conscientious about toxins.
PHB Ethical Beauty Lip Crayon – Peach 4g
I’ve used the PHB lip crayon before too. It’s a lovely consistency and the pigmentation is beautiful. The shade in this month’s box is peach. It’s a neutral shade that looks great as both a liner and alone as an all-over lip colour.
PHB’s Organic Lip Crayons colour in lips with 100% pure, long-lasting matte colour. Our lip crayons are richly pigmented for rich, long-lasting colour and enriched with a gentle nourishing formula of plant oils and waxes to keep lips soft. Glides on smoothly for a fast, easy and accurate application.
Urban Veda Natural Skincare: I haven’t yet tried these samples so I can’t tell you what I think of them yet (the box only arrived yesterday and I’m wearing the Madara SOS mask whilst I’m typing this). There are three samples, Radiance Day Cream, Radiance Facial Oil and Reviving Renewal Night Cream.
Mossa: Mossa is the new kid on the block at LoveLula. I’m really looking forward to trying this one. It’s a certified natural Age Excellence Miracle Skin Peel 5-15 minute mask.
Dr Hauschka: I’m really late to the party with Dr Hauschka. I’m yet to try any products in their range so I’m really eager to try this sample. It’s their Hydrating Cream Mask which “intensively moisturisers and protects dry skin”. Sounds divine and I can’t wait to try it!
This concludes the contents of the LoveLula December Beauty Box. As always, I love it and think it’s an absolute bargain. If you’d like to sign up for your own LoveLula Subscription Box, please do so here.
Thanks for reading.
Disclosure: As an accredited LoveLula blogger, I receive the beauty box for free to review.
