You will want to make sure you know your local handyman, your local electrician and your local plumber alongside anyone else you may think you will need. Get all of their contact details and keep them in a safe place for when you need them. If you have moved into another area you will also want to look at changing doctors, dentists and all health care providers you use to someone more local and close by. In these situations, you need to have someone you can trust so be sure to do research beforehand.

If you move as a family and your children are starting a new school they may have anxiety and worries about it. One of the best things you can look to do once you have moved is to see what clubs and after school activities there are. There could be something that your children are really interested in and will find it easier to socialise and make friends in those situations, it will help give them the confidence they need when they are starting a new school.
