For me, August has flown by. The summer holidays just go all too quickly for my liking. Saying that, I’ve had a great month and I’m going to share with you some of my monthly favourites.
Castilian Soap Lavender 500ml
I really like this brand. I have their soap by all the sinks in my house and in my campervan. This soap is soap made from an organic castile soap base with natural vegetable oils. I love these massive bottles because they last for months. They’re a great price at just £13.50. You can shop for this here.
Pacifica French Lilac Spray Perfume
I wanted a perfume to wear over the summer holidays and this is the one I chose. It was £20, which I think is a good price for a natural micro-batch perfume. I like the branding and packaging. It’s a pretty cardboard box containing the glass bottle of perfume.
I’ve found, once sprayed onto your clothing, the fragrance lasts a long time. This perfume is hand-poured using the best grain alcohol and contains no parabens, phthalates or propylene glycol. It is lilac, fresh green and jasmine-like blended with heliotrope and nectarine notes. It really does smell like lilac flowers. You can buy this product from here.
PHB Ethical Beauty | Rejuvenating Body Wash with Jasmine & Galbanum 250ml
I recently bought a new shower gel which I love, but my whole household also loves it so it’s run out. I bought this one to give a try. It costs £11.95. I really like PHB Ethical Beauty and I’d never tried this one. It’s a big bottle, which hopefully will last a while. The first thing I noticed about this when I first used it was the smells. It smells absolutely divine, beautifully floral whilst slightly herby and fresh.
This SLS-Free Body Wash gently cleanses skin whilst nourishing with botanical actives to keep skin soft, clean and healthy. Skin restoring essential oils soothe skin whilst encouraging healthy renewal and improved texture.
You can buy this product from here. I bet you my teenage daughter will be using this shower gel too!
Kure Bazaar First Base Nail Polish
This product is £15. It’s a glass bottle with a plastic lid. Whilst this is a base coat, I’ve been wearing it alone on my nails to give them a healthy shine. It’s a 10-free formula which means it doesn’t contain any of the nasties that generic nail polishes contain.
Formula up to 90% of natural origin based on potatoes, wheat, cotton and corn. Vitamin E & Bamboo strengthens and repairs nails. Vegan and cruelty-free.
You can buy this product from here.
See you again next month for my September Monthly Favourites.
