I’ve been lucky enough to have tried some Joik products in the past and they’ve always been a big hit for me. Joik have released a new brand called Joik Organic.
The Joik Organic range holds products from facial care to hand and foot care. Joik have renewed the recipes and added new active ingredients, they’ve ensured that all their products are certified organic COSMOS-standard by EcoCert. All Joik products are cruelty-free, Joik have never tested on animals.
I’m delighted to share with you some of the beautiful products I’ve been enjoying using from their range.
JOIK Organic Lemongrass Sea Salt Soap 100g
This soap comes in just a recyclable cardboard box. The first thing I noticed about this was the gorgeous smell of lemongrass coming from inside the box. It’s got a rough texture and you can see the salt glistening inside it. It contains nourishing oils and butters such as coconut oil and cocoa butter. It’s made using the cold press method and left to cure. This soap left my skin feeling clean and smelt amazing. You can buy this product here. It retails at £11.
JOIK Organic Micellar Cleansing Water 100ml
I really like the way this product is packaged. It comes in a simple cardboard box and inside there’s the glass bottle containing the product with a pump-action top.
The fragrance of the cornflower is very subtle and very pleasant.
I’ve been using this product for a couple of weeks and on the days when I’m wearing makeup, it really does remove my makeup, which is great. As there’s no need to rinse off micellar water it feels like such an easy way of cleansing before going to bed or once you’ve got up in the mornings. You can buy this product here. It retails at £17.
JOIK Organic Moisturising Day Cream 50ml
This was also one of my favourites products and I’ve loved using this. Packaged in a simple cardboard box containing the product. The product comes in a glass bottle with a silver pump action top.
It’s a beautiful pale yellow in colour and it’s a very light moisturising cream as you can see by the below picture.
It feels both hydrating and velvety on my skin and leaves it feeling gorgeous. It smells very mild and I can’t pinpoint the fragrance but it smells clean and just lovely. You can buy this here and it retails at £22.
JOIK Organic Intense Moisture & Repair Balm for Hands & Feet 50ml
I was surprised to find this came in a plastic pot with a screw-top lid. I was expecting glass as they seemed to have been so on point with everything else. Alas, not.
This is quite a rich and heavy balm. I’d use it on my hands as an overnight treatment with cotton gloves over the top but probably not during the day and it is a balm rather than a cream and as such leaves them quite oily. Now, on my feet, it is an absolute dream. I love it. It’s exactly what I look for in a foot balm and I can tell you, I’m quite a connoisseur of them. It smells beautiful, a little citrusy. It’s a perfect consistency and leaves my feet feeling just lovely the following morning. I’d like to see a larger pot of this. You can buy this here and it retails at £14.50.
Have you tried any of the Joik product from their new organic range? I’d love to hear about your experiences. Thanks for reading.
