I’ve now been enjoying my Nutribuddy shakes for two weeks now.  I’ve really enjoyed them so I thought I’d share my thoughts on it with you.



One of the great things about Nutribuddy shakes is how easy they are to prepare.  All you do is scoop three scoops of the powder into your Nutribuddy shaker, add 300ml of your chosen milk substitute (or, if you’re not vegan, you can use milk) and shake.  Shake, shake, shake.  That’s it.  Ready to drink.

Many times in the last couple of weeks, I’ve made up my breakfast and had it quite some time afterwards.  This makes it super easy if you need to eat on the go, or you need to take your breakfast with you to have later.  Thanks to the nourishing ingredients, this breakfast keeps you fuller for longer.

I chose the chocolate Breakfast Shake, which was delicious, by the way.  Please note that the chocolate varieties also contain organic cocoa powder and stevia.  The ingredients are natural and wholesome.

Weight Loss

Each portion of the three scoops contains just 114 calories.  During the last two weeks, I’ve lost 4lbs.  I’ve run out of my Nutribuddy shake now but I will be buying more because I enjoy it so much.  Look at my poor empty jar.  I’ll be putting in an order this week.  I miss it.

Nutribuddy makes the breakfast shakes in a selection of four different flavours: Naked, Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry.  It’s like having a treat before you begin your day!  This makes it like a treat before your day has even begun.
