We spend a lot of time outdoors so good footwear is essential, especially for MrLovely who is a bit like a mountain goat with a camera. MrLovely also spends a lot of time on farms and outdoors in general, so they need also to be waterproof yet breathable. MrLovely goes through boots for a past time so this time, we selected a really good quality pair built to last. The Quest Mens IsoGrip Leather Waterproof Hiking Boots fit the bill perfectly. These are made from a 2mm nubuck leather upper with leather tongue and collar lining so they’re made to be very hardwearing. They feature a breathable antibacterial PU insole which makes them really comfortable to wear and stops them from getting stinky from your foot bacteria, keeping your feet fresh and dry.
IsoGrip 5000 Mile Guarantee
Another wonderful thing about these boots is that they come with a 5000-mile guarantee. They feature hard-wearing and high traction IsoGrip, which MrLovely has thoroughly tested on a recent trip to Portland where he was climbing over rocks trying to capture a photo. MrLovely was very impressed.
IsoDry
The boots feature something called IsoDry, a waterproof and breathable membrane that allows moisture out & prevents rain from getting in. He has tested them in the rain many times, and his feet stay perfectly dry.
IsoImpact
These boots also feature midsole technology, which absorbs impact and improves stability. MrLovely has found his work boots far less comfortable since discovering how good quality boots can feel.
The Look
Having looked at the technology of these boots, they also look great. They are very much MrLovely’s style being brown leather, they fit his look perfectly.
