The LoveLula Beauty Box – February 2022

The LoveLula Beauty Box - February 2022

Have you checked out the new LoveLula website recently?  It’s all changed and has a swanky new look to it.  The beauty box is still my favourite subscription box out there and remains one of the best value clean beauty ones too, in my opinion.  Prices start from £12.71 per month for a 12-month subscription, and this month’s box is worth £70 so you know you’re getting excellent value for money.  February is my birth month so I was really happy when the LoveLula Beauty Box – February 2022 landed on my doorstep, as always.

Let me share with you what’s inside this month’s box.

PHB Ethical Beauty Lash & Brow Growth Serum

PHB Ethical Beauty Lash & Brow Growth Serum review

I love how easy this is to apply.  It’s a mascara wand, which is really convenient.  This growth serum is formulated with Biotin and Caffeine oil to boost growth and castor oil, which is well known for helping to deep condition.  This product, as will all PHB Ethical Beauty products, is 100% vegan and natural.  It’s PH Balanced for even the most sensitive eyes.  I’m going to have to keep a close grip on this one because I just know my daughter will try stealing it.  You can see this product here.

Ooh! Oils Of Heaven Organic Milk Thistle Face Oil

Ooh! Oils Of Heaven Organic Milk Thistle Face Oil

This is a lovely full-sized bottle of face oil, which I like.  I go through a lot of face oil because I do tend to use it most nights.  This one comes in a glass bottle with a dropper pipette top.  Milk thistle is known for being incredibly gentle on the skin.

Rich in flavonolignans it is nutritive and protective and gentle enough for the most sensitive of skins.

This oil is even lovely to use during the day, underneath your makeup.  You can see this here.

Organic Works Renewal Night Cream

Organic Works Renewal Night Cream review

I’ve been using this every night since it arrived.  I’m loving everything Organic Works at the moment.  I’ve been using quite a few products from this range on the daily at the moment.  I have their lavender shower gel for when I have evening showers and their face wash from a previous box (thank you, LoveLula!).  I adore the smell of this night cream, you can smell the lavender but it isn’t overpowering at all.  It’s a relatively thick night cream so you don’t need a lot (slightly less than 1 pump).  The Clean Beauty Credentials are really trasnparent; 98.99% of the total ingredients are from natural origin, 96.73% of the total plant-based ingredients are from organic farming, 22.57% of the total ingredients are from organic farming.  It’s an all-round gorgeous product.  I would have liked it to have come in more sustainable packaging than the plastic bottle though.  You can see this night cream here.

Balm Balm Hygge Hand & Body Balm

Balm Balm Hygge Hand & Body Balm review

To me, this balm smells almost Christmassy, I think it’s the combination of the clove and citrus essential oils.  It’s mild but very pleasing.  It’s warming and conditioning and packed with ingredients such as jojoba oil and beeswax to lock in the moisture and shea butter and calendula to condition.  I think this would make a beautiful overnight hand treatment because it doesn’t absorb in instantly but it does leave my hands and cuticles feeling very cared for.  You can see this hand and body balm here.
