My October 2021 Clean Beauty Empties

Disclosure

I’ve got through quite a few Clean Beauty Empties products this month and I thought I’d share with you what I’ve been using and enjoying.  Without further ado, here is what I’ve used up this month.

Ayumi Sandalwood Body Wash

Ayumi Sandalwood Body Wash review

The Ayumi range is a firm favourite for both myself and my family.  It’s really affordable and we use quite a few of the Ayumi products between us each week.  This body wash smells absolutely amazing and we all use it.  It comes in a plastic bottle with a disc top cap that you squeeze to get the product out.  It’s a creamy texture and cleanses really well.  You can see this product here.

Organic Works Lavender Shower Gel

Organic Works Lavender Shower Gel review

Another gorgeous shower gel that I definitely will be repurchasing is this lavender one by Organic Works.  It smells gorgeous and is perfect for evening showers.  This too comes in a plastic bottle with a disc cap lid.  I know brands aren’t keen on making shower products from glass because they can be hazardous.  I do appreciate a glass bottle though.  This product is suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.  You can see this product here.

Esse Rich Moisturiser

Esse Rich Moisturiser review

This is exactly what it says on the jar.  An incredibly rich moisturiser.  It comes in a lovely dark brown glass jar.  This is one of the nicest moisturisers that I’ve used.  It’s really luxurious.  The fragrance is also really rich and herbal but also quite strong so if you prefer your moisturisers without a fragrance then this isn’t the one for you (I, personally, love a natural smell to my products).  This absorbs in so very well and leaves your skin feeling super soft and hydrated.  This does come at quite a high price point so I possibly won’t be repurchasing it.  I do love it though.  You can see this product here.

REN Vita Mineral Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel

REN Vita Mineral Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel review

I really like to REN brand.  They have a really lovely range.  This eye gel comes in a plastic bottle with a pump top lid.  It has a really delicate fragrance which is lovely.  I’ve had this for six months and considering it’s used daily, it’s lasted really well.  I haven’t been wearing makeup lately but this can be worn under your makeup or alone.  It feels really cooling upon application so it’s lovely to apply first thing.  I’d say that it’s quite a good price, considering how long it lasts.  I will probably be repurchasing this because it’s a fantastic eye cream but I do have a couple of others to use up first.  You can see this here.

Hurraw Papaya Pineapple Lip Balm

Hurraw Papaya Pineapple Lip Balm review

I have quite a few Hurraw lip balms and I love them.  I use their Moon Night Treatment one every night.  They have some gorgeous tinted balms too.  Anyway, I used this one up and I will continue repurchasing these lip balms.  They have some great flavours.  I highly recommend them.  Check out their range here.

Madara The Concealer Luminous Perfecting Concealer

Madara The Concealer Luminous Perfecting Concealer review

We have the shade “Latte” in this concealer.  It’s the one that matches mine and my daughter’s pale skin the best.  A decent concealer was always something really tricky to find along our clean beauty journey so when Madara came out with this we were both delighted.  This hides spots and dark circles really well.  It’s a really good price too.  If you’re looking for a rather brilliant, non-toxic concealer then this is your one.  You can find this here.

Thanks for reading about my Clean Beauty Empties.  Hope you find some favourite products amongst these.
