I’ve chosen some beautiful goodies from LoveLula this month and I want to share them with you. So, here we go:
Olive Oil Lipstick by Ere Perez in Royal
If there are lipsticks in Heaven, then this one has got to be from there. Wow!! I love everything about it, the depth of colour, how pigmented the colour is, the consistency, its staying power. The ingredients are focussed on ensuring your lips stay hydrated. The shade is stunning and absolutely perfect as we’re coming into autumn. I feel like this is going to be a favourite of mine for a very long time. This is part of their new range of lipsticks and this beauty comes in a variety of shades. You can see them here.
7 Free Nail Polish by Pacifica in the shade Immortal
My daughter, LissyLu, chose this shade. I was planning on getting something a darker colour that felt more autumnal (I love autumn, can you tell?). The evening following the arrival of my goodies, I painted my nails with this and I was really pleased with the results. I find toxin-free nail polish has been a bit hit and miss for me in the past. This gave lovely coverage and lasted really well. It’s called 7 free because it is formulated without parabens, phthalates (dibutyl phthalate), toluene, xylene, camphor, formaldehyde, resin, and animal by-products. I can see that I’ll be buying more Pacifica nail polishes in the future because I’m really happy with this one. A lovely shade too, clearly LissyLu has good taste.
Romantic Damask Rose Scented Candle by Nizou
This candle is a continuing favourite and has featured on my blog a few times, including in my last October’s Favourites post. The very smell of it makes me feel cosy and happy. The fragrances are a combination of rose, jasmine and lily of the valley – it’s just divine! It’s made from natural vegetable wax (I don’t have paraffin candles). It has a burn time of around 35 hours, it’s wick is made from cotton/linen and the candle is in a glass jar and it’s also hand poured in the UK. What’s not to love? You can buy this candle from here.
Cinnamon Bun Soy Wax Candle by Joik
Can you see my cosy autumnal theme again with these candles? This one sounded gorgeous to me and it is. In my opinion, the fragrance to a bit too subtle but when you do get a whiff of it, it’s gorgeous. Again, this candle is made from natural waxes (which have a longer burn time than paraffin) and this one has a burn time of around 30 hours. You can buy this candle from here.
Organic Peat Mask by Vestige Verdant
I love face masks. They are my weakness. I love everything about the process of using them. It’s such a pampering and relaxing experience.
The first thing I noticed about this product was the beautiful packaging. It’s sleek and classy and looks like a high-end product.
Ten years worth of research has gone into this beauty. It’s made from just two ingredients; untouched and rare peat that’s been untouched for thousands of years and aqua. That’s it.
The face mask is a thick brown consistency with a natural earthy smell. When I applied this to my skin, it immediately felt cooling and refreshing. It only needs 3 minutes to work its magic before removing it. Once removed, my skin was left feeling gorgeous! Soft and nourished. It’s gorgeous and I highly recommend this product. You can buy this from here.
I’d love to hear what you’ve been enjoying lately You can read my other Green Beauty posts here. Thanks for reading.
