LoveLula Beauty Box – January 2020
It’s that time of the month again! A new year and a new LoveLula Beauty Box. The value of the contents of this month’s box is £50!
In the box, there are two sachets, one Madara Grown Volume shampoo and one Grow Volume Conditioner. I haven’t tried these yet so I can’t tell you what they’re like. They are new to me so it’ll be nice to see what they’re like. I’m really enjoying solid shampoo bars at the moment, after the discovery of the bar I reviewed earlier in the month.
Kathleen Natural Bright Mask
I love the packaging of this product. It comes in an amber glass jar with a screw-top lid.
I’ve tried a different Kathleen mask before and I really liked it. Lissy and I have both used this already and I love this one too. It’s quite running so we applied it with a brush.
This Bright Mask is packed with White Willow Bark and Hibiscus Extracts both are rich natural acids, which helps to very gently peel your skin, speed up cell turnover, and brighten the skin’s complexion.
The smell of it is beautiful, Kathleen has selected essential oils for this product that are designed to enhance your experience. My skin felt gorgeous after using it. It has quite a high price point at £28 but I guess you get what you pay for. I think you’d probably get around 6 uses of this pot which makes it less than £5 per mask. You can see the Bright Mask here.
Natura Siberica Taiga Daily Protection Hand Cream
This hand cream comes in a plastic tube with a screw-top lid. It’s a really lovely product. You only need a little bit because it goes a long way. It has a really pleasant subtle smell and I really enjoyed using it until my mum slipped it in her handbag and pinched it! It’s obviously a winner because she’s really fussy. It leaves your hands feels really soft and hydrated. This is a really good value hand cream too at just £4.50! You can buy yourself some from here.
Hesh Black Seed Oil
I was really interested to find this product in the Beauty Box. You can use this in a variety of ways. You can take it internally or use it externally. Black seed oil has been renowned for over 3000 years from all cultures around the World.
Black seed oil can be used as a remedy for conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, headaches, high blood pressure and digestive disorders.
It’s said to be incredible for skin conditions such as eczema, acne, dry hair, psoriasis, hair growth, and dry skin. This retails for £12.50. You can buy this from here.
KIKI Health Magnesium Oil
I wish this came in a glass bottle because that’s the only negative thing I have to say about this product. I used to make my own magnesium oil but I don’t tend to any more so this is fantastic! I’ve written about magnesium and it’s importance a few times. I’ve been using this on my skin after showering and it’s been lovely. Magnesium is such an important mineral for your muscles, mental health and sleep. When you spray this on your skin it enters your bloodstream transdermally. For £12.50, I’ll keep using this product.
That concludes this month’s LoveLula Beauty Box contents. Thanks for reading LoveLula Beauty Box – January 2020. See you soon.
