DISCLAIMER: As part of being an accredited blogger for LoveLula, I get to choose a few products each month to try, therefore, this blog post is an ad.
I’ve chosen some lovely products this month to share with you. A couple of them are for my newly teenage daughter’s birthday. I’ll talk you through what I chose.
Nailberry L’Oxygéné Stone 15ml by Nailberry
L’Oxygéné is Nailberry’s breathable range.
The innovative lacquer contains a breakthrough formulation that allows air and moisture to pass through the polish resulting in healthier nails.
This nail polish is 5 free, which means it doesn’t contain any formaldehyde, toluene, camphor, DPB or formaldehyde resin. This makes it safe for both pregnant women and children. I’ve found Nailberry polishes to be a really great formula that’s long lasting and looks great. You can find this polish here.
Kure Bazaar 3-Way Nail Buffer Block
Whilst I’m on the nail theme, I also chose this 3-way nail buffer block so I could give myself a proper manicure before painting my nails. This buffer block is really comfortable to hold and easy to use. It made my nails look fantastic. My mum has even done her nails with it because she was so impressed with the finish of mine. I’ll definitely be repurchasing one of these in the future. You can buy this here.
lavera – Colour Cosmetics – Mineral Sun Glow Powder Duo Golden Sahara 01
Lavera was one of the first green beauty brands that I discovered. I really like Lavera and I love the price, it’s really affordable. I bought this bronzer and highlighter for my teenage daughter but I’ve had a test of it and it’s lovely. The bronzer can double up as a contour. It’s a lovely shade and is really pigmented. The highlighter shade leaves a really lovely golden highlight tone. You can buy this product here.
lavera – Trend – Soft Lipliner – Rose – 01
I needed a new lipliner to go with my new lipstick (also Lavera!) and I wanted quite a neutral tone so I chose this one. It glides on beautifully and stays on for a long time. I have actually used it in place of lipstick a few times and it looks lovely and lasts. I’ve swatched it so you can see it.
Weleda Pomegranate 24h Roll-On Deodorant
MrLovely and my youngest son both use the men’s version of this and I love it. It smells great and really does last 24 hours. I tried their citrus one before this but, honestly, it’s just not my favourite so I thought I’d give this one a whirl. I’ve been wearing it solidly for two weeks and it’s fantastic. Smells lovely and keeps me pong free. Great price too! Very impressed with this. You can buy this here.
Ben & Anna Natural Soda Deodorant – Pink Grapefruit (Paper Tube)
I bought this Ben & Anna deodorant because I absolutely love the packaging. It’s a push-up deodorant in a cardboard tube. It gives a really satisfying pop when you open the tube. The smell of this is divine! My daughter has been using this one and on a Monday she has a karate class and a dance class straight afterwards so this deodorant had a hard task at keeping her pits at bay and smelling nice. I’ve since ordered two more of these because I like them so much. One for me and one for my mum. She can buy them here.
This concludes my purchases this month. As you can see I got some gorgeous bits. I’ve noticed LoveLula have a 25% sale off on their Nizou candles (my favourite is Romantic Damask Rose), so I think I’ll be having a little shop on there this week. Thanks for reading.
Great picks Luan! I love that you got your daughter some lovely goodies, you are starting her on the right path with the natural cosmetics, well done xo
Thanks Renata. My daughter only ever uses natural cosmetics ?
